The Dive Provo Retailer Portal is open to qualified dive and travel professionals only and proper credentials are required to register as outlined below:

Instructor Number and Agency
or IATAN Number

Once we receive and verify your information, we will send your username and password to you via the email address you registered.

Any information submitted will be treated as CONFIDENTIAL and is for the sole use of Dive Provo.
